Most higher order human motivations may be concealed or repressed for various reasons. Conditionind is the process of adapting to a routine for molding the body to adjust to either an exercise or a diet. It is a repetition to respond for certain task. For the body to act for example to a 20 minute cardio exercise one can use the time as a process for a routine to the conditioningn program. As you begin a 10 minute cardio for the first time on a tradmill on level 10 at 2 PM. You comeback next day or two days later at 2 Pm and the body suppose to be responsive at the time to do 10 minute cardio and able to do more because it is and should be conditioned to the time. Whereas if you try to complete your 10 minute cardio for the same exercise at different time, the body could respond with difficulty.
The same is apply to the a diet regime with the conditioning process to make the body respond to certain food or cerain time of eating quantity of food. One is able to condition his or her body to respond to her diet regime with time and quantity of food by using specific time to eat exact quantity of food. Many theories and research proved that the conditioning of the body is a process controled by the person to attain success and to accomplish his or her goals.
